You can negotiate and “lock in” special conditions or suppliers’ prices by job. A successful quote automatically produces the appropriate tender documentation and covering letter saving administration time. When a quote is accepted it automatically creates the Purchase Orders to the specified suppliers and subsequently tracks pricing and quantities ensuring all items to a job are posted prior to job closure. When the Quoting / Costing process is complete closure automatically generates the Invoices to the customer.
