COVID19 Response

We are in a time of constant change. Nimbus is following all government suggested protocols, the health and safety of our staff and the wider community is of the utmost importance to us. We also want to reassure you that Nimbus will operate as per usual. Our focus is to aid you in maintaining your Nimbus system, manage workflows and mitigate the impact of this event as much as possible. As most of our work does not require person to person contact, we do not anticipate any significant disruption to our service and support; new and current projects.

If you are unsure about remote access to your Nimbus system and your connections, please contact your IT support provider and they will advise you. We also suggest double checking you have the following software downloaded and installed to your laptops to ensure we can keep all lines of communication open with you:

 

Our business consultant team would like to offer the following tips:

  • Your Credit control department might need to monitor receivables as some customers may become financially stretched during this time. The ‘Debtors Trial Balance Summary’ Report will identify any aged debtors with large outstanding balances.
  • You may be experiencing shortages due to recent factory shutdowns in places such as Europe and China. The ‘PO Current’ report will offer some visibility of items that have been ordered from suppliers but not yet been received and advise which items/suppliers to follow up.
  • Another report of use to monitor employees who are absent due to illness or self-isolation is the ‘Hours this week’ report. This report can be used to identify anybody that is absent or in self-solation, to offer support and maintain records.
