Our business consultant team would like to offer the following tips:
- Your Credit control department might need to monitor receivables as some customers may become financially stretched during this time. The ‘Debtors Trial Balance Summary’ Report will identify any aged debtors with large outstanding balances.
- You may be experiencing shortages due to recent factory shutdowns in places such as Europe and China. The ‘PO Current’ report will offer some visibility of items that have been ordered from suppliers but not yet been received and advise which items/suppliers to follow up.
- Another report of use to monitor employees who are absent due to illness or self-isolation is the ‘Hours this week’ report. This report can be used to identify anybody that is absent or in self-solation, to offer support and maintain records.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via email, phone or social media. We are all in this together and will endeavor to do everything we can to keep your business operating smoothly.
