JDM Acquires Plumbing Estimating Software CavSoft
Cavsoft, a top provider of estimating and takeoff software for the Australian Construction Industry has been acquired by JDM Technology Group
CavSoft’s estimating software helps contractors in plumbing, building, electrical, and civil works. It cuts estimating time, so they can win more jobs and grow their businesses. The transaction was completed yesterday. It was approved by Cavsoft’s founder and principal Paul Funnell, and will be announced publicly early next week.
CavSoft will join Spearhead Software. Spearhead, part of JDM Technology Group, specializes in estimating software for the Australian electrical industry. They are located in Kelmscott, Western Australia. Phil Johnstone, Managing Director of Spearhead Software, will lead CavSoft, while Spearhead’s Kerry Busby will assume responsibility for sales and client management. Founder and principal Paul Funnell will be advising throughout the transition.
